Steph, a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, embarked on her teaching journey in 2019 after relocating from Pittsburgh, PA, to California in 2017. Intrigued by acro yoga practitioners in a local park, she set a goal to participate. Initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, Steph attended her first class and soon found herself consistently practicing. Over time, she discovered that the practice transcended the mat, fostering self-awareness and aiding her in navigating life's challenges.
With a teaching repertoire spanning from beginners in office settings to advanced students in studios, Steph tailors her approach based on the class dynamic.
